BusyCal 2 BusyCal 2

Great Features!

I was skeptical about spending the money. I thought Google Calendar was good enough. But BusyCal is really amazing and has a lot of little details that other calendars like Google or iCal completely miss.

For example, you can SHIFT the view of your calendar by a single day or week, (with most calendars you have to jump by an entire week or month at a time) which means you dont have to see only a single month at a time. When you are on the last 2 days of a month, you can still see 3-4 weeks ahead if you need to. In Year view, in December, you can still take a peek at the next 4 months without having to flip back and forth between years. I absolutely love this feature.

To do items can be set to only be visible when you are viewing a date-range that includes them. This is great for focusing. But your Todos dont get lost because if you dont do them, they get pushed forward a day.

Dragging and dropping multiple elements around is completely easy. This is tremdously useful! I didnt realize most other calendars cant even do this.

BusyCal lets you view your days and weeks exactly as you like (want to see 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 weeks in Month view? It is your choice) and it really lets you see the big picture of your schedule.
